Astute observers of the Southern Baptist and broader Evangelical church WOKE-A-BILLY song and dance knew it would not take long for the June 2022 “Task Force Report on Sex Abuse Investigation” and its Diversity , Equity and Inclusion 3rd party “independent investigation” partner Guidepost Solutions to begin implementing the culture change among Southern Baptist . That TUNE now appears to be set to play for disaster relief volunteers working with Send Relief -the North American Missions Board humanitarian arm. Send has developed a string (20-25 in all) of “Send Centers” across the US and Puerto Rico to do Community Development to the tune of Faith Based programs in federal government agencies . The Send Center Programs are to “fight Human Trafficking” -to aid and support Muslim Migration into the West – to FEMA Church Security protocol, equipment and training/risk assessment -to Disaster Relief and Response. Southern Baptist missions are now lock step with and working toward full compliance with- special expanding Diversity Equity and Inclusion standards of the current WOKE culture in DC across all federal agencies and state and local partners .

The SBC annual meetings have been dominated by activist promoting the #MeToo movement since 2018 along with resulting efforts to remake the culture within the largest protestant denomination in America. Southern Baptist leadership have played along -having already prepped a generation of young pastors in the seminaries to accept social justice/ equity / CRT/ LGBTQ inclusion WOKENESS into their worldview and understanding of gospel ministry with dirty grant money since at least 2009. Regardless of how much exposure and criticism has been brought their agenda to light and how quickly THE SBC AS A MOVEMENT IS SHRINKING -these leaders remain determined to seal the deal on making the sound track for the SBC’s future a progressive anthem for the Social Gospel warriors.

“As Southern Baptist Disaster Relief (SBDR) nears 500,000 meals prepared in the wake of Hurricane Ian, volunteers have completed approximately 730 recovery jobs for homeowners. Pastors and churches have a new theological and practical guide to help them address issues involving sexuality and gender. And, A Lifeway Bible study on Baptist Press says, “God directed Hosea to marry a woman with a poor reputation and to have children. Hosea married Gomer, a woman known for promiscuity, who gave birth to a son whom they named Jezreel, a name that pointed to the demise of Israel for their continued unfaithfulness to God.”

“Dr. Paul Chitwood, Kevin Ezell and Bryant Wright released a joint statement announcing Send Relief’s commitment of $3 million that the SBC Executive Committee estimates it needs to carry out Sexual Abuse Task Force reforms being recommended to the SBC messengers at #SBC22.” ( an additional $1 million was pledged as start up for a survivor care fund .)

SOME RECENT HISTORY

Southern Baptist CEO got in bed with the Obama Administration on Faith Based Partnerships /grants with LGBTQ activist and interfaith leaders to “find common ground for the common good ” in 2009 . By 2013 progressive activist leaders like Russell Moore and Albert Mohler were flooding the Baptist dance floor with LGBTQ activist for social change like Sam Allberr, Rosaria Butterfield, Christopher Yua, Jackie Hill Perry and many more. Aided by Christianity Today (where Moore is now editor in chief after being forced out of the SBC for WOKE-A BILLY style ) and The Gospel Coalition ,along with their own Lifeway curriculum and in house Resources the tune was changing fast from Gospel based evangelism to “culturally sensitive engagement” .

By 2018 “The Wrath of God ” (according to Al Mohler ) was visited on the SBC as the #MeToo movement began taking out conservative Baptist leaders. Notice he and Moore were thriving -even “FLOURISHING” during this time. An “LGBTQ Christian “movement called “Revoice” was launched by a teacher of New Testament at Mohler’s seminary SBTS and has caused controversy to this day but Mohler and others have been able to shuffle past accountability and always seem to be able to find a chair when the music stops and a new layer of WOKE exposes’ come into play.

By 2019 Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality were voted onto the dance floor by unwitting Messengers at the annual Convention in Birmingham again by Mohler disciples from his WOKE seminary. Also a long time Convention event “Credential Committee was soon “Repurposed ” to give national leaders REACH into once independent and autonomous churches in the Convention for “non compliance with the BF&M on race- gender and homosexuality. Clearly the progressives had only applied these standards against Biblical conservatives accused in the wave upon wave of accusations and investigations. BUT now with the Credentials Committee “Repurposed” to serve in a seek and destroy capacity – the current leadership can clear anyone out of step from the dance floor at will.

By May 2021 Russell Moore was booted from his throne judging the dance and serving as its DJ and in typical fashion Moore left beating his drum to the WOKE-A-BILLY tune in leaked letters accuting the SBC leadership who fired him of rampant sex abuse and the covering up of it…O,, YES and “RACISM !”- the Systemic kind which CRT was developed in the legal community to prosecute. The #MeToo movement moved forward and a”Task Force was formed- a law firm quit after 68 years representing the SBC-other DE&I /LGBTQ affimring law firms and Guidepost Solutions- “A Mosaic of DE&I” independent investigative firm were engaged- hired and paid millions for a year long look into the popular tunes of the SBC .

The Investigations report came in May of 2022 in time for the 2022 SBC Annual and the vote to accept its findings and call for a new “Implementation Task Force” to apply the findings of the first Task Force and its DE&I compliance investigative firm Which is run by mostly former Federal Agency employees like the DOJ- HLS- and more. Humanitarian arm of the SBC domestic missions org NAMB -Send Relief which channels lots of FEMA grants and goods and services into the SBC stepped up to supply some $3 -$4 million dollars to “fund the implementation Task Force” retuning of the SBC culture toward DE&I compliance …obviously to keep in good standing with the present administration and the agencies with whom the are “Faith Bases” partners…like FEMA. There is some possibility that FEMA funds were alocated for the compliance training and the Task Force cost. No one is likely to ever confirm of deny that possibility.

CONFUSED OR LOST YOUR STEP- JUST KEEP TUNED TO THE WOKE TUNES -THIS IS JUST THE START OF THE DANCE.

ERLC has a new leader just like the old leader Russell Moore who is a big fan of both ROCK-A -BILLY AND WOKE-A -BILLY and was “runt-off” from the SBC back in May 2021 for his progressive and subversive activism as “Chief Ethicist” of the Southern Baptist ERLC. Brent Leatherwood , a Russell Moore hire after his and his bosses GOP career ending subversion in the TN Republican Party- is now the new President of ERLC filling his boss Moore’s old shoes in the WOKE-A-BILLY SHUFFLE.

“We live in an age experiencing the disastrous effects of the sexual revolution. Confusion over basic concepts such as man, woman, and marriage are but the latest divergence between a culture committed to radical individual autonomy and a church committed to Scripture’s teaching. Local congregations daily face questions of gender dysphoria, same-sex unions, and on basic concepts of what it means to be a man or woman. The ERLC seeks to come alongside and assist pastors and ministry leaders to answer those questions in light of Scripture’s clear teachings with resources like these and future projects.”

“Below, we have given a basic theological framework from God’s Word for approaching questions of gender and biological sex. Additionally, there are some practical guidelines for churches to consider in updating their bylaws to ensure that they are afforded as much protection as possible under the law. It is our hope that at both the theological and practical level this resource will be helpful to you as you serve your congregation. “

A theological framework of sex and gender

“God created you. At its most basic level, the fact that we are created by God means that we are limited by the design that God has given us (Gen. 1). Recognizing that we are created by God means accepting that we do not have absolute control over our bodies and how they are to be used (Is. 29:16). They are to be used in accordance with God’s design and purpose. When we attempt to usurp God’s design, we repeat the sin of Adam and Eve who desired to be more than just “like God” but rather to become God (Gen. 3:5). Remembering that we are created and therefore finite grounds our theology of the body and gender (1 Pet. 1:24). “

(Sounds fine right?- BUT wait until you see the rest of the story -hear the remains of the tune and the resources )

The Fall affects how we perceive our bodies. “The effects of sin have broken every part of creation. This includes our own self-perception and understanding (1 Pet. 1:14). The presence of disorders such as gender dysphoria (when a person’s perception of a mismatch between their gender and their body causes distress) is one example of the way sin has warped our understanding. Christians must recognize that sin is able to powerfully deceive, even to the point of thinking that bodily mutilation is the way toward happiness (Eph. 4:22). In contrast, Christians must offer a word of hope and a reminder that our bodies are good gifts given to us by God, not obstacles to be overcome. 

God meets those broken by the sexual revolution with compassion and grace. We are repeatedly reminded that God has compassion for those who have been broken by sin. The pages of Scripture are filled with the story of a God who cares for those who have been deceived, abused, and mistreated by society and culture (Jonn 4; John 11). Christians must recognize that the sexual revolution has been built upon empty promises. Many people have been (and will be) left hurt, confused, and at the end of their rope, looking for hope and answers: those who were deceived to think that casual sex was meaningless, our bodies could be changed as we saw fit, and that their gender was unimportant to who they were. The response of the church is to be the same as the response of Christ: “a bruised reed he will not break” (Matt. 12:20). We offer the same grace and compassion given to us and seek to restore those who have been broken by the lies of sin. “

BYLAWS AND OTHER SHOW TUNES

The importance of bylaws 

“The ERLC worked with Alliance Defending Freedom to create a resource guide for churches to update their bylaws in light of challenges related to sexual orientation and gender identity lawsuits. Below are the five areas where churches can provide clear frameworks outlining their faith and religious convictions to protect themselves so that they can continue in ministry that is faithful to God’s Word and brings about gospel transformation. You can read the entire guide here.

Statement of Faith (p.5): The Statement of Faith should serve as an encapsulation of the foundational theology of the church or organization. In addition to the usual topic of salvation, doctrine of sin, or church polity, a statement of faith should include the position of the church related to matters of gender, sexuality, and marriage. Because these issues now regularly confront churches, it is imperative that churches and religious organizations clearly put forth their belief in marriage’s foundational role in society, that it is rightly restricted only to one man and one woman, and that gender identity flows from and is inextricably connected to biological sex. 

Religious Employment Criteria (p. 11): Churches and religious organizations should strongly consider creating a religious employment requirement for all employees so as to avail themselves of the full weight of First Amendment jurisprudence. Under the “ministerial exception” churches and religious institutions are able to take religious belief into consideration when hiring and firing without penalty under non-discrimination laws. By clearly defining roles according to their contribution to the organization’s religious mission, and having employees sign the statement of faith, they can protect themselves from legal challenges.  

Facility Use Policy (p. 14): A fear of many churches is that they may be required to grant use of their facilities to couples who may wish to use them for a wedding ceremony the church would not sanction or other events. In general, churches are free to grant access to their facilities as they wish because they are private property. However, they can further protect themselves by creating a clearly defined facility use policy that identifies the religious nature of the building and restricts use of the facility to those who act in accordance to your beliefs. 

Formal Membership Policy (p. 16): While many churches have an informal process of affirming or recognizing church membership, their legal protections are increased by formalizing the process. In ideal circumstances, their written process should cover the procedures for becoming a member, procedures for church discipline, and procedures for disfellowshipping or excommunicating a member. Each of these helps to provide a legal framework protecting the church and providing clarity to members of the expectations of membership and the processes that can be expected in times of discipline. This can be especially helpful if a member objects to the church’s implementation of disciplinary measures. 

Marriage Policy (p.18): In addition to the statement of faith which clearly outlines the church’s theology of marriage, churches should create a marriage policy which outlines the parameters under which pastors, ministers, or staff will solemnize a marriage. This marriage policy may include not only a statement on belief of marriage as between a biological man and woman, but also another statement on the use of the facility for marriage ceremonies. Additionally, churches may consider adding a provision that only members will be able to use the facilities to provide a further layer of protection if the church has a requirement that members affirm the church’s statement of faith.”

CONCLUSION

If you want to be my BABY… and Dance with FEMA and Government Agencies in Faith Based Partnerships and “SEND RELIEF and your churches retired seniors or college group of High School Seniors to “Volunteer” and Serve BABY Serve… then you got to get in step – move with the motions – GO WOKE and get in compliance with Diversity Equity and Inclusion culture of the new and future Southern Baptist Convention. This ain’t your father’s Southern Baptist Rock-A- Billy. Mark this reality : The SBC leadership are fully committed to overhaul the culture within the SBC and all its churches and entities to remain in good standing for present and future Faith Based Partnerships.

Disgusting as all these realities are SBC leadership will never realize they are destroying the ability of their churches and missions and ministry organizations to be faithful to God and just preach the Everlasting Gospel while singing the ancient “Song of Moses and the Song of The Lamb”. The only wake up call to their WOKE errors they are likely to hear is when the rapidly dwindling numbers in the SBC membership becomes so low that they have no influence left to peddle and no more clout with the entities- foundations and agencies throwing the money at them for going WOKE in the first place.

As for me and my House we will sing the Song of Moses and of the Lamb- Sing it with me if you love the true Gospel and its transforming – Christ Jesus honoring sound.

After years of gaining access and influence into the churches -a continued Faith Based Partnership program and its disturbing implications for the future of the church has just received even more funding to establish and strengthen church security protocols . The program even encourages greeting new visitors in the “Power of Hello” training with an eye on assessing them for risk factors.

” WASHINGTON – Today, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the appointment of 25 members to the reinvigorated Faith-Based Security Advisory Council, in advance of the first meeting on October 6, 2022. Council members will advise the Secretary on the needs of the faith community relating to security and preparedness matters across all aspects of the DHS mission.

“These prominent faith and law enforcement leaders will help us build and strengthen the community partnerships that are so vital to our mission success,” said Secretary Alejandro N. Mayorkas. “We will work together to increase access to our services, ensure equity, maintain openness and transparency, and fully restore the trust of the communities we serve”

The expanding grant program has gone from $90 million in 2020 to $250 million and rapidly expanding to meet high demand. A new “Advisory Council” has been established with an INTERFAITH and decidedly leftward political bent. This Advisory Council even includes Al Sharpton .

This includes, but is not limited to, recommendations on proposed technical assistance and other resources that include the perspectives of a wide range of faith communities represented in a culturally competent manner, and address potential barriers, such as language access, and ways to build and rebuild relationships of trust between federal government and faith communities.
• Programs and Initiatives: Recommendations for the development and implementation of specific programs or initiatives to prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from acts of targeted violence or terrorism, major disasters, cyberattacks, or other threats or emergencies while preserving individual privacy and civil rights and civil liberties.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Recommendations for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department’s policies, strategies, and programs (including grant programs) intended to support the security and preparedness of places of worship, faith communities, and faith-based organizations. This includes, but is not limited to, providing feedback on how DHS can address the needs of faith communities against evolving and future threats.

CONCLUSION

Biblical conservative movements and denominations have the most to lose from these ever deepening entanglements and the cultural transformations they require. The Southern Baptist have just seen a 5 year focus on “addressing the #MeToo movement investigation by a third party of former DHS and government agency employees among its ranks result in a full on conversion to DE&I compliance AND a DOJ investigation. The SBC is also deeply involved in other FEMA funding for disaster relief and working with the government and World Relief to use its missions organizations NAMB and IMB as a conduit for human migration and Muslim expansion in the West.

Baptist Press has even directly promoted the DHS/FEMA grant program for church security to its churches and pastors. The problems go beyond the entanglements and even the DE&I requirements to impact the kid of hospitality a visiter will receive when coming in to visit the House of God. Instead of greetings with the Gospel hope -the visitors will be assessed for their political and worldviews and put to the test to see if they pose some threat …according to politically driven standards which already vilify convictional and non- progressive- non compliant Christians as a national threat.

Little hope exist that much of the modern day church leadership can or will halt these ever deepening and corrupting faith based partnership or seperate from the funding that comes with them.

FRANCIS COLLINS WAS ABLE TO PERSUADE MANY EVANGELICALS OF HIS COMMITTED FAITH IN JESUS DESPITE HIS WORK OBAMA ADMIN,PUSHING COVID AND VAX NARRATIVES, AND HIS POWERFULLY DECEPTIVE BIOLOGOS PUSH TO MERGE SCIENCE AND FAITH AND PROMOTE INTERFAITH ERRORS. BUT THERE IS MUCH MORE TO COLLINS COMPROMISE.

It has become desperately important for true Christians to become more discerning about mainstream leaders who profess to be evangelical /Christian and wield significant influence over the church and how it views international politics and policies . With UN Global Goals, Going Green and Diversity Equity and Inclusion driving much of today’s policy shifts .

With the 2020 Pandemic setting up the world for the Great Reset and digital currency still no area of concern for Christian discernment is more vital than global healthcare and who has the primary voices of influence over Bible believing Christians. Collins had certainly risen to the top position in this realm.

“The nephew of a famous eugenics proponent is embroiled in controversy over the radically inhuman study that led to the deaths or permanent disability of many children born extremely premature. Alan E. Guttmacher, nephew of famous eugenicist and abortion proponent Alan F. Guttmacher, heads the National Institutes of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) at the National Institutes of Health, a federal agency which is part of the Department of Health and Human Services. From 2006-2009, the NICHD conducted research which they called SUPPORT (Surfactant, Positive Airway Pressure, and Pulse Oximetry Randomized Trial). The trial essentially manipulated the oxygen levels of the premature infants to record the babies’ reactions.”

“The government-backed study in question was called “SUPPORT.” It was conducted from 2006 to 2009 on 1,316 extremely premature infants at 23 academic institutions under the National Institutes of Health, which is part of the Department of Health and Human Services. (

Controversy surfaced in March 2013 when the government’s own ethics body, the Office of Human Research Protections, dropped a bombshell.

The ethics office found the federal study’s consent forms violated government rules designed to protect human research subjects. According to OHRP, the consent forms “failed to describe the reasonably foreseeable risks of blindness, neurological damage and death” to babies in the study.

Alan E. Guttmacher was not the director of the NICHD at the time of the trial, but as current director he must face the brunt of the questioning and scrutiny. He brushes off any notion of wrong-doing on his agency’s part, saying:

“We stand by this study as it was conducted and look for ways to do research even better, if there is a better way to do it, in the future.“

Cathy is an internationally recognized researcher, with more than 200 publications, and has a deep knowledge of the NICHD, having joined the agency as a Fellow 20 years ago. I deeply appreciate her willingness to lead the Institute in this transition period.

“April 27, 2010 – The New York Times on Tuesday included an interview with National Institute of Child Health and Human Development acting Director Alan Guttmacher, a geneticist and pediatrician who is the nephew of Guttmacher Institute founder Alan Guttmacher.

“In the Times interview, Guttmacher said that the family name “does stand for something,” adding that he “finds that people know the name primarily because” of the Guttmacher Institute’s work. He said advocates on both sides of the abortion-rights debate “tend to use [the institute’s] data as the reliable data,” so his appointment to the agency was “less controversial than some might think.”

“Guttmacher also discussed NICHD’s research on contraception and infertility. He said NICHD’s funding for reproductive health research totaled more than $254 million in 2009. He added that the agency has been “supporting a number of studies on the basic biology of ovulation,” which “may lead to knowledge about why it sometimes fails to take place.” The agency also is funding studies on contraception for men, including research “targeting ion channels to interfere with sperm motility,” Guttmacher said. Bio Logos is just part of the an extensive interfaith and religion effort of the Templeton Foundation who administers some $150 million dollars annually (by 2016) and awards “the annual Templeton Prize for achievements in the field of spirituality, including those at the intersection of science and religion.”

Collins is also taking aim at Christian Education with curriculum and his BioLogos theistic Evolution and Interfaith ERRORS and the dirty funding behind them .

CONCLUSION

Conservative Christians want to believe there are godly men and women in key positions of power and government. God does place some people in such places to be entrusted with His purposes and His people. The Bible has a significant history of people whom God has used in this way. These people must have the utmost integrity- be honest and be committed to God’s cause and place no price on compromise of it. God has such people – Francis Collins is NOT ONE OF THEM.
