Truly there is nothing new under the Baptist sun. Change agents love to “Rethink ” and “Vision Cast” especially to the young and vulnerable.

The upcoming October IMB virtual conference is selling this recasting with a variety of Lausanne , Gospel Coalition and progressive partners.

Gen Z is the newest generation to be named and were born between 1996 and 2015. They are currently between 5-24 years old (nearly 68 million in U.S.)

WHY KINNAMAN AND BARNA ARE BAD PARTNERS

Kinnaman is a favorite go to partner of the divisive and progressive efforts of Tim Keller, Gabe Lyons and The Gospel Coalition (TGC) . The trio have worked on a variety of projects to move young Christians leftward in their politics. In 2012 the three met with then newly elected President Obama, as recounted in their book “Good Faith .THE MEETING TOOK PLACE in the oval office with the three self appointed leaders offering to persuade more Christians to get on board with the Obama administrations policies and global ideals. Calling themselves and others who buy in to the “common good” ideology” Christians of Good Faith” , these partners promised results and they are still working to deliver and make good on those promises in the 2020 election cycle . Counterculture for the Common Good

“Kinnaman is the president of Barna Group, a leading research company, and Lyons is the founder of Q, a TED-style learning community that educates and mobilizes Christians for the good of society. Together they contend that “holding tight to biblical conviction is not only worthwhile and critical but also absolutely doable” for Christians in our pluralistic society” ….Their conclusion is refreshingly optimistic considering the bleak portrait they initially paint. Based on thousands of interviews they conducted, Kinnaman and Lyons report a growing number of U.S. adults perceive Christianity to be irrelevant and extreme. CHRISTIAN LEADERS FEEDING REBELLION

TGC, Kinnaman, Keller and Lyons love to play on the angst of young people and feed their rebellion against their parents values and political convictions. These are powerful forces for in deceptive work of “social change”.

The hard sell never ends as they assert -“Good Faith contains a timely message that demands careful consideration from evangelicals everywhere.”

Dahati Lewis works for Send Network which is part of another Baptist entity the home missions group known as The North American Mission Board or NAMB .Lewis has used his position as leader of Church Planting to flood the progressive social justice agenda, “wed” with asserted “Biblical Values” through he and his brothers involvement with the left wing & Campaign .& Campaign is led by executive directors from the heart of the Democratic Party and the Obama Foundation along with many of Keller’s young TGC leaders whose churches are funded by NAMB Send Network. In Fact Lewis helped launch & Campaign in his own Baptist funded “Blueprint Church” in Atlanta in 2017.

& Campaign also promises to “disrupt the 2020 Presidential Election” and helps promote Black Lives Matter involvement, LGBTQ compromise called “Fairness for All”, Immigration Reform favoring Islamic expansion, prison and justice reform through the lens of BLM style racial injustice, and a host of other progressive political causes. What it does not do is include any Biblical conservatives who reject the false social gospel of these global political forces. Tim Keller himself recently joined the & Campaign as an “elder” advising the group but soon disappeared from the elder board website listing after controversy surrounding it arose.

CONCLUSION

Please do NOT join IMB and do not let your children to be taken in to a vision casting effort that would include partners who wish to make your children into global citizens and who accept the Global Sustainability Goals/ Agenda 2030 as Gospel mission. Please teach your children and grandchildren the Word of God and to discern the times BECAUSE clearly International Missions Board leaders are not discerning the difference between global goals and the Gospel.

These partners are very problematic on every level.
