Nothing says FAILURE to maintain an ETERNAL perspective and Gospel focus like aligning with the mainstream of trending culture in order to make your ministry or movement more popular and “in step”. Yet what is lost in the process is beyond value and often beyond recovery.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion are not biblical concepts, redemptive drivers or Kingdom of God principles BUT this has not STOPPED many “inspired” Christian leaders and organizations from adopting the DE&I metrics as “success” and applying them to the corporate cultures of churches and ministries. The Big FAIL is yet to come as DE&I redefine every aspect of human interaction and is driven by non-human and anti Christian /anti God ideology. Even if these organizations are able to use their DE&I compliance to obtain massive grants from foundations and government agencies and secure corporate partnerships and matched giving among supporters – the stench of death to their vision and divine calling is unmistakable and inescapable.

NOTE- When algorithms driven to promote DE&I are used in the context of “detecting the non-compliant”/hate speech/domestic terror then issues arise for the offenders and non -compliant with the daily functions of life. These include shopping/ banking, government program participation , healthcare , voting rights, scholarships, hiring or promotions in the workplace . As the DE&I assessments are applied then ANY mention of indication of ” ANTI- Diversity Equity and Inclusion philosophy” such as those reflected in conservative orthodox Christian Worldview is detected then the person holding such “discriminatory” views WILL BE EXCLUDED. The detection and the PROCESS will not be by an official, or the head of HR or the admittance office BUT by the drivers in the Artificial Intelligence and algorithms. The EXCLUSIONS WILL BE AUTOMATIC and perhaps irreversible .This is actually a “desirable outcome ” and use of AI for those interested in and committed to the metrics and “Social Credit Scores”.
So much for “INCLUSION “. .. IF YOU BELIEVE THE WRONG THINGS.
This exclusion and intolerance has already moved its way INSIDE the church where Jesus warnings in John 16:2 are being fulfilled all around us.

- An 81-page leaked document says “indiscriminate surveillance of natural persons should be prohibited when applied in a generalized manner to all persons without differentiation.”
- On social credit scoring, which is already used in China, the draft legislation says: “AI systems used for general purpose social scoring” should be prohibited.
- Certain uses of “high-risk” AI could be banned altogether, according to the document, while others might not be able to enter the bloc if they fail to meet certain standards.

“Artificial Intelligence tools are often promoted as an opportunity to improve diversity and inclusion. However, the news is full of stories about AI systems going horribly awry in ways that have the opposite effect. Some aspects of AI – such as its large scale, automated processes, and data-based decisions – could in principle expand access to resources and foster fairer treatment. Yet these same features also risk creating only the illusion of objectivity, while they encode inequality and injustice on a vast scale – or are used to further oppress disadvantaged groups. While AI tools do have the potential to improve diversity and inclusion, that power comes not from AI itself but rather from their creators. Current AI is not capable of abstract reasoning, nor can it predict the impacts of major change, necessitating human creators who understand why a current system may be problematic – and how AI might improve it. Similarly, the problematic impacts of AI on diversity and inclusion stem not only from issues related to data and algorithm design, but also from their creators misreading and oversimplifying social systems – and not anticipating unintended consequences.”
“For example, a scandal erupted in the United Kingdom in 2020 related to an algorithm used to grade crucial university entrance exams that undercut the scores of less-affluent students (though it was not a full AI system) – illustrating how algorithm creators may not anticipate how their tool will reinforce existing inequalities. Consideration of the diversity and inclusion impacts of AI systems should be incorporated into the design and evaluation of all AI tools, as well as their regulation and oversight. Where do we go from here? The simple answer is “no where good “.There is no possible good outcome left on this trajectory and the sad reality is – the sooner this failure is judged the better for the world and the church. God arise and Let judgement begin at the House of God among those who think themselves guiltless while selling out the saints of an entire generation. And Lord – in wrath remember MERCY . Amen .
