Dhati Lewis is the Vice President of SEND NETWORK of the Southern Baptist North American Mission Board and is in charge of all SEND NETWORK church planting for the SBC’s domestic missions arm. According to his bio in 2011 Lewis launched The Rebuild Network to answer the call to see more churches planted in the urban context.
Among the 2011 partners for Rebuild Network were Send Network and The Gathering with its close ties to Leadership Network .

Lewis Blueprint church is in Atlanta Georgia .According to his testimony Dhati Lewis is from California ,his mother was a Black Panther and many of his cousins are members of the Nation of Islam.
